Schools

UK schools can be invoiced and goods will normally be dispatched in 2-4 working days.  The invoice will be sent with the goods.

Please include an order number if your school has that system.  If your school is closed during the holidays please advise delivery dates.  If you have not received your goods within 14 days please contact us and we will track and trace the goods.

All goods will be delivered free of charge to any address within the UK.  An admin charge of £3.50 will be applicable to all orders under £75.  However, where payment is received with the order (cheque or card) or the order is over £75 excluding VAT the admin charge will be waived.

Private Orders

Private orders should send a cheque made payable to: Learning Materials Ltd.

or credit card / debit card details.  Either phone, fax or post:

• your full name as it appears on the card
• card number
• card holder's address
• delivery address if different (our carrier will not leave goods without a signature)
• expiry date
• start date (debit card only)
• last 3 numbers of security card
• telephone number 

Prices

All prices are effective as from 1st January 2010.  The prices will be held until 31st December 2010 when the company reserves the rights to change prices where necessary.

Your Guarantee

Should you fail to be totally satisfied with your purchase, it is our policy to offer a complete refund.  All we ask is that you return the product within 28 days in good condition .

Overseas Customers

e-mail the list of titles you are interested in.  We will send you details of the cost and the carriage to your country.  If you have a UK-based carrier we will deliver carriage free if the order is over £75.  Payment must be in £ sterling otherwise we incur bank charges.  Increasingly card payments are the preferred method for our overseas customers.  We only use airmail as it is quick, similar in cost to surface mail and the goods will be insured.  Please note we make no profit on carriage.
