A series of twelve differentiated resource books containing reinforcement work for all the main mental maths strategies outlined in the National Numeracy Strategy at levels 1, 2, 3 and 4.

The series is made up of four units.  In each unit there are three books - A, B and C. Although the contents page of each book is identical they are written at a different National Curriculum level to facilitate work with special needs pupils of varying ability .  The A books are at level 1 - 2, the B books are at level 2 - 3 and the C books are at level 3 - 4.

Teachers' Notes for each page in Units 1 and 2 give suggestions for reinforcement and back-up oral activities.

Intended Learning Outcomes for each page in Units 1, 2 and 3 - useful as a lesson aim and for planning a programme of work.

Record Sheet - records individual pupil’s results.
